  • Commercial video creation
  • Editing & post-production
  • Digital video file delivery

All services are digital services and delivered electronically.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.
  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You have full legal rights to all materials you upload.
  • You will not upload copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content.
  • You agree that you are responsible for the content you provide.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a limited number of revisions as stated.
  • Additional revisions may be charged.
  • Revisions do not include complete change of concept unless agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on the selected package.
  • Delivery is made via:
    • Secure download link
    • Client order dashboard
    • Email link

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the final delivered video is transferred only after full payment.
  • Video Ads World reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

  • Pornographic content
  • Hate speech
  • Scams
  • Illegal products or services

8. Limitation of Liability

Video Ads World is not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Advertising platform bans
  • Marketing results or sales performance
  • Third-party advertising platform decisions (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law and your local jurisdiction.
