Because all our services are custom digital services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:


1. Before Work Has Started

If work has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.


2. After Work Has Started

Once production has begun:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • A partial refund may be considered depending on the stage of completion

3. Completed Orders

Once the final video has been delivered:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • You may request revisions within your package limits

4. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from downloading your file:

  • We will immediately re-deliver your content at no cost

5. Payment Processor Disputes

Chargebacks filed via Stripe or PayPal may result in permanent suspension of services.
